A Village of Santo Domingo resident was arrested with drug paraphernalia after running a stop sign in Leesburg.
William Bryan Parsons, 57, who lives at 1510 Aquino Lane, had been at the wheel of a GMC Sierra at 1:45 p.m. Wednesday when he was pulled over by a Lake County sheriff’s deputy.
