Detectives with the Leesburg Police Department were investigating a suspicious death Tuesday.
Police believe the death occurred during the overnight hours near the southwest corner of the Susan Street Recreation Complex, a short distance off the bike/walking trail.
Leesburg patrol officers initially responded to the call at about 7:30 a.m. before turning the case over to detectives a short time later.
