Man who felt faint after taking cocaine transported to Leesburg Regional Medical Center

A man who felt faint after admitting to taking cocaine was transported to Leesburg Regional Medical Center.

Breon Dee Samuels, 30, had been pulled over at 3:10 p.m. Saturday by a Wildwood police officer. A juvenile had been riding as a front seat passenger.

Samuels had a burnt marijuana cigarette in his hand when he got out of the vehicle, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. Two bags of marijuana and a bag of cocaine were found in the vehicle.

Samuels also had $1,669, most of it in small denominations.

He said he felt faint and had taken cocaine. He was transported to LRMC by Sumter County EMS.

After he was cleared by medical staff, Samuels was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. He was released after posting $3,000 bond.
